Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you") and AI Form Filler ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the AI Form Filler browser extension and this website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or the minimum age required to form a binding contract, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Permission to use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to install and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, including software quality assurance and testing. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
  • use the Service to submit fraudulent, spam, or abusive form submissions, or to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures on websites you are not authorised to test;
  • use automated filling to create fake sign-ups, manipulate systems, or generate content intended to deceive or harm others;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
  • overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you are authorised to fill, test, or automate any form or website you use the Service on.

4. The free release

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We do not charge you, and we do not ask you to register or create a login to use it. The features currently included are described on our Plans page. Some features described elsewhere as "coming soon" are not part of the Service today and we make no commitment as to whether or when they will be released. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. If we introduce paid features in future, the terms for those will be published before you are asked to pay anything.

5. Generated test data

The Service produces test data from its built-in generators, and in future may produce it using a third-party AI model. This data is provided "as is" for testing purposes and may be inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for production use. You are responsible for reviewing generated data before relying on it, and for not using generated content in a manner that is unlawful or that misrepresents real persons.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AI Form Filler and protected by intellectual-property laws. The profiles and data templates you create remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service runs inside a third-party browser (such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and is distributed through its extension store. Features that rely on other third parties — an AI provider for data generation, or Google Drive for optional sync — are not enabled today; if they are released, your use of those services will be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated data will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from or related to your use of the Service — including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and any loss of data, profits, or business. The Service is supplied free of charge. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service, which is nothing.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Form Filler from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, including any unauthorised use of the Service against websites you do not have permission to test.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to our infrastructure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
